Scope

This summary covers the website and its connected online features. It does not describe a completed local software edition.

We process customers’ own internal business data and do not collect data for resale. A local software edition is planned.

Information the website handles

Accounts use names, email addresses, passwords and account roles. Contact forms send email, phone number and message details; failed submissions may be saved in your browser.

Visit measurement sends a browser visitor identifier, page address (including query parameters), title, referrer, language, timezone and screen size to our analytics endpoint. Cookies and browser storage also remember language and support account-related functions.

Support chat sends conversation history to the support service. Activating voice support requests microphone access and connects to a remote audio service. Payment and billing controls can redirect you to Stripe.

Website and local software

A local software edition is planned for customers’ internal business data. Its external AI/API connections and data handling will need to be described based on the delivered product.

Use the contact section for general questions. Clearing browser storage does not delete records held by online services.
