Docker and Codex installation uses interactive WinGet installers. System permissions, licenses and restarts remain visible to the user. Missing Docker, a stopped engine and download timeout now stop initialization with an actionable error instead of leaving a downloading message. Company-managed PCs may require IT assistance for WSL, virtualization or package installation. An actual clean company PC installation remains to be verified.
